Bride and groom, Eleanor and Sergio, chose The Showroom, one of DC’s trendiest downtown venues, for their fall wedding. Bright pops of color in a modern, all-white setting perfectly represented their fun and eclectic contemporary style. Well Dunn helped honor the groom’s Bolivian heritage with thoughtful touches to the menu including the classic Bolivian Chufly cocktail and passed late night salteñas.

To match the grandeur of the space, guests dined at long king’s tables stretching the length of the nave with tall candelabras and gold accents. The five course dinner included chilled scallops with caviar, golden beet tartare, braised veal, and ended with a dramatic baked alaska set aflame tableside.

When Well Dunn was tasked with creating a diverse menu for a large anniversary gathering, we rose to the challenge! Working with our vendor partners at local DC hotspot, Hook Hall, we created four distinct areas in the industrial space including an Italian Bistro, German Beirgarten, Vegan Farm Stand, and a California Wine Country Tasting Room.
