Staffing Manager

Well Dunn Catering is looking for a Staffing Manager to help grow and develop our onsite team. The position will work under the Director of Staffing to improve operational efficiencies and ensure the level of service at events is in line with company standards and overall mission.

Responsibilities:
– Review, accept and fulfill staffing requests submitted by sales team.
– Monitor weekly hours for event staff to minimize overtime and ensure markup minimums are met.
– Distribute staff sign in sheets to corresponding event packets
– Collect completed staff sign in sheet, and reconcile hours performed with the corresponding event.
– Gather and track event feedback forms and follow up with staff as needed.
– Assist with processing biweekly payroll
– Maintain uniform inventory and distribution.
– Review and update event staff manuals as directed.
– Work events as needed during the busy seasons.
– Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
– Ability to manage team members effectively.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Experience with CaterXpert a plus.
– TIPS Certification is a plus.

Qualifications: Minimum two (2) years’ experience in off-premise catering

Physical Requirements:
– Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
– Ability to bend, lift and carry up to forty (40) pounds.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
– Evening and weekend work may be expected based on event calendar.

Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 + Hourly Event Pay
