When Well Dunn was tasked with creating a diverse menu for a large anniversary gathering, we rose to the challenge! Working with our vendor partners at local DC hotspot, Hook Hall, we created four distinct areas in the industrial space including an Italian Bistro, German Beirgarten, Vegan Farm Stand, and a California Wine Country Tasting Room.
Menu highlights included pasta hand rolled in a parmesan wheel, assorted Bavarian soft pretzels, a vegan butcher stand with seasonal roasted vegetables sliced to order, and a custom doughnut wall in the client’s favorite colors.
Well Dunn’s pop-up restaurant provided a seasonal small plate menu paired with California wines. The tasting menu included hamachi crudo with marcona almonds, sliced sirloin with white cheddar polenta and a trio of pâte de fruits.
